box-sizing: border-box;'>县域市场主体在生产经营过程中遇到的困难问题，关于优化营商环境的意见建议，部门单位及其工作人员涉及优化营商环境方面的问题等。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 104, 39);'><strong>二、不受理范围</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>1.不属于营商环境工作职责范围的；</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>2.已经进入司法程序、行政复议程序和仲裁程序的；</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>3.已经由纪检监察部门受理的；</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
