这样改变、修正土壤结构对稳产高产或许有不少的帮助的，
即使旱改水了，如果土壤依然贫乏对增产增收意义不怎么大的。

主要是连续这么多年一味的使用化肥、农药，严重的损伤了“土壤结构”，
种过地的人都知道，长时间一味的使用化肥，土壤都“板结、固化”了，
国外已有农业巨头工厂化生产农用复合肥，疏松改良土壤结构，
尽可能保持“耕植土”的疏松和化学元素成分。

山东、河南、甘肃农村“厕所改造”是失败的！
一是北方冬天寒冷结冰又缺水，你政府指导农村厕所改造要和城市一样用冲水马桶，
