max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(217, 33, 66); visibility: visible; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">日预报气温达到40度以上高温天气时，用人单位应停止安排劳动者进行室外露天作业；日最高气温达到37度以上、40度以下时，用人单位安排劳动者室外露天作业时间累计不得超过6个小时，并尽量缩短室外连续工作时间，不得安排劳动者在当日气温最高时段3小时内室外露天作业；日最高气温达到35度以上37度以下时，要采取轮班换岗形式，缩短室外露天作业劳动者连续工作时间；日最高气温达到35度以上用人单位不得安排劳动者加班。</span></strong></span></p></section><section style="outline: 0px;
