min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 2px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"> （四）此次购房补贴与人才购房补贴政策（邱人社秘〔2022〕46号）不可叠加享受。如购房人按规定，既可以享受此次购房补贴，也可以享受人才购房补贴，可由购房人自主选择其中一项。已享受城区拆迁以“购房券”安置和行蓄洪区购房补贴的，不再享受该补贴。</span></p></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><p style="clear: both;
