65);'><strong>徐会基、徐正路、徐正全3名犯罪嫌疑人</strong></span>。为彻底查清该犯罪团伙的全部违法犯罪事实，维护法律权威，净化社会环境，彰显公平正义，保障人民群众安居乐业，公安机关现面向全社会公开征集该犯罪团伙的违法犯罪线索和证据，特通告如下：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'>一、请受到不法侵害的受害人积极主动到公安机关报案，提供相关证据材料，维护自身合法权益。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'>二、参与该犯罪团伙违法犯罪的其他涉案人员要认清形势，尽快到公安机关投案自首，争取从宽从轻处理。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'>三、对窝藏、包庇犯罪嫌疑人或为犯罪嫌疑人通风报信、提供帮助的单位或个人，公安机关将从严从重追究其法律责任。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'>四、包庇、纵容该犯罪团伙违法犯罪或为其充当“保护伞”“关系网”的国家公职人员必须摒弃侥幸心理，立即到纪检监察部门说明情况。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;'>五、请广大人民群众特别是案件、线索的知情人员积极向公安机关检举揭发该犯罪团伙及其“保护伞”“关系网”违纪、违法和犯罪线索。凡提供有价值的违法犯罪线索，经查证属实的，公安机关将按照《安徽省公民举报黑恶势力犯罪奖励办法（试行）》规定对举报人予以奖励，并依法严格保护举报人个人信息及人身财产安全。</span></p><p style='text-indent:
