sans-serif;'>2020年，冯某、王某及赵某三人协商以冯某名义在霍邱某银行贷款15万元用于创业，贷款期限为2年，霍邱县某担保公司提供担保。王某收到贷款本金后向冯某出具借条。贷款到期后，霍邱县某担保公司起诉冯某和赵某偿还该笔款项，经法庭调解，冯某偿还了该公司代偿款，但王某却拒绝给付应承担的部分。后冯某到法院起诉向王某追偿。判决生效后，王某也未履行义务，案件进入执行程序。执行法官依法向被执行人送达了执行通知书、报告财产令等文书，通过网络查控并未发现王某有可供执行的财产。11月12日，在院长赵明的带领下，代表委员、执行法官及法警等一行人前往被执行人王某住处，将其拘传至法院，执行法官告知其拒不履行的法律后果后，王某及其家属慑于司法威严，筹款将该案案款全部履行到位。</span></p><p
