2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>2019年，马店镇谢店村的张某在某陶业公司务工时发生意外，导致其手部、胳膊受伤，经鉴定张某劳动功能障碍程度为5级。双方因劳动关系确认、工伤认定等事宜已经过多次仲裁、诉讼。2024年2月，因工伤赔偿数额问题，双方再次诉至霍邱县法院。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>受理该案后，马店法庭多次组织双方进行调解，张某要求公司支付工伤赔偿金等赔偿款，公司认为赔偿要求过高，双方互不让步。承办法官针对双方当事人的分歧点，向双方释法明理，张某在工作过程中发生了意外，应当依照《工伤保险条例》和《最高人民法院关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》等有关规定，就此案进行协商处理。</span></p><section
