font-size: 19px;'>关于六安市公安局集中开展“山鹰2024”打击整治农村赌博违法犯罪专项行动的公告</span></strong></span></p><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'><br></span></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>为有效维护农村地区社会治安环境，不断净化社会风气，根据市委市政府部署要求，市公安局研究决定自即日起至7月15日止在全市范围内集中开展“山鹰2024”打击整治农村赌博违法犯罪专项行动。现公告如下：</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>一、凡进行开设赌场、聚众赌博、赌博、为赌博提供条件等违法犯罪行为的，必须立即停止违法犯罪活动。对主动到公安机关投案自首，接受教育和处罚，依法从轻、减轻或者免除处罚；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>二、明知他人实施上述违法犯罪活动，而为其提供场所、资金，或者提供接送赌客、望风看场、资金结算、技术支持等直接帮助的，依法按共犯论处；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>三、对机关、团体、国有企业事业单位干部职工参与或实施以上违法犯罪行为的，除依法进行行政、刑事处罚外，一律将违法犯罪情况通报其工作单位，是党员的通报同级纪检监察部门；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>四、宾馆、饭店、茶楼、棋牌室、洗浴及其他公共娱乐场所禁止为赌博违法犯罪行为提供便利条件，凡违反者，由公安机关、工商管理部门按照职责依法给予警告、罚款、停业整顿、吊销证照的行政处罚，并对单位主要责任人及直接责任人追究相应法律责任；构成犯罪的，将依法追究刑事责任；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>五、对在沿街门面摆放“老虎机”、“打鱼机”等赌博游戏机的或在网吧、电竞酒店等涉网场所进行网投代理、投注赌博等违法犯罪行为的，将严厉打击，绝不姑息；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>六、拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法查处赌博违法犯罪行为，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；不够刑事处罚的，依法予以治安处罚；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>七、公安机关鼓励广大人民群众积极举报赌博违法犯罪活动；窝藏、包庇违法犯罪分子，将依法追究法律责任。对威胁、报复举报人的，将依法从严惩处。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: left;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>八、举报方式</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>（一）信件举报：</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>邮寄材料至六安市公安局治安支队；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>（二）短信举报：</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>李警官18860493829、郑警官18860490181；</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>（三）电话举报：</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>举报电话0564-110。</span><o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>欢迎广大群众积极举报相关违法犯罪线索，公安机关将对举报人信息严格保密。对查证属实，协助破获重特大案件、抓获重特大犯罪嫌疑人的，公安机关将依据有关规定，予以奖励。对捏造事实、诬告陷害的，将依法予以严肃处理。</span><o:p></o:p></section><p style='text-align: left;margin-left: 48px;margin-right: 48px;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>特此公告</span><o:p></o:p></p><section style='text-align: right;margin-left: 32px;margin-right: 32px;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>六安市公安局</span><o:p></o:p></section><p style='text-align: right;margin-left: 16px;margin-right: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'>2024年4月10日</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="us-4180361" data-color="#0267a6" style='outline: 0px;
