line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">为切实维护2026长三角全民健身走（跑）大赛暨安徽省全民健身徒步大会（霍邱站）赛段区域空中安全，确保赛事安全顺利进行，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例》等法律法规之规定，决定对我市部分区域进行临时空域管制，现将有关事项通告如下：</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;">一、空域管制时段及区域</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 128, 255);font-weight: bold;">管制时段：2026年9月27日7时至2026年9月27日12时。</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 128, 255);font-weight: bold;">管制区域：沿霍邱县博物馆（起点）→水门塘路→蓼城大道西→蓼中路→工农兵大桥头左转→城西湖（沿岗河）→032县道（折返）→蓼中路→蓼城大道西→水门塘路→霍邱县博物馆（终点）。周边500米范围内，垂直范围真高120米以下进行空中临时管制。</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;">二、管制航空器类型</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例》中规定的各类微型、轻型、小型、中型和大型无人驾驶航空器及模型航空器：包括轻型和超轻型飞机、轻型直升机、滑翔机、三角翼、动力三角翼、滑翔伞、动力伞、热气球、飞艇、无人机、航空模型、航天模型、空飘气球、系留气球等14种，其中无人机是重点管控对象。</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;">三、依法采取的管控措施</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">临时空域管制期间，请全县群众及飞行爱好者积极配合管控工作，严格遵守本通告相关规定。确有飞行必要的，须严格按照相关规定提前履行飞行审批手续。届时，公安机关将开展巡查管控，依法采取现场反制措施。对违规飞行行为，公安机关将会同有关部门从严查处，并依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例》予以处理；情节严重构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。任何单位和个人发现违规飞行行为，可向空中交通管理机构或当地公安机关举报（举报电话：0564-110）。</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
