clear: both; min-height: 1em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 18px; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 重症医学科是一门新兴的学科，它是急危重症病人进行抢救和严密监测的场所。2008年大学毕业后的杨明帆进入了霍邱县第一人民医院重症医学科工作，并于2012开始主持科室工作，作为霍邱县域内唯一一个重症医学科，它担负着全县100多万人口最后生命保障关口。他们平时的工作就是和各种急、危、重症患者打交道，这就需要培养和树立爱岗敬业、顾全大局、讲团结、讲奉献的精神。很多时候为了抢救一个重症患者，他会几天几夜守在病人的床边，因为病人的任何一项生命体征的变化都需要他们及时地调整治疗方案，多少个节假日，当别人都在合家团聚的时候，他们却在盯着患者的呼吸、心率、小便量的变化，但是他们从来都不喊苦、不喊累，每当看到患者成功康复后脸上的笑容，他觉得所努力的一切都是值得的，患者家属的一句感谢是对他们最大的褒奖。近5年来，共收治各类急危重症患者3000余例，抢救成功率达93%以上，且无一例医疗事故和医疗纠纷发生。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 2017年8月份的一天早上他收到一个“脑干出血”的病人，大家知道，“脑干出血”在医学上的危险程度是极高的，随时都有呼吸心跳停止的危险，患者到他们科室的时候神志还是清楚的，当时他正在他床边对他进行体格检查，患者突然开始出现鼾式呼吸，并呼之不应，随之出现呼吸频率和氧饱和度的下降。当时他判断患者可能出现了再出血导致了呼吸抑制，随时都有呼吸停止的危险，所以当机立断对其进行气管插管，患者由于体型肥胖，颈部粗短，很难摆一个合适的插管体位，属于困难插管的类型，但看到患者的氧饱和度持续性的下降，时间就是生命，为了提高插管的成功率，他只能跪倒在患者床头侧的地上，打开气道，基本上是凭借经验盲插入气管内，插管成功，整个过程不到一分钟，而他却是头上脸上喷满了患者的气道分泌物。但当看到患者带上呼吸机后呼吸情况渐平稳后，感到这一切都是值得的。后期患者复查头颅CT确实提示有再出血，而且出血量达到了脑干出血的致死量，后期患者出现了各种并发症，高热、肺部感染、应激性溃疡……，但他们没有放弃，经过了一个多月的积极抢救，患者最后保住了性命康复出院，创造了生命的奇迹。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 18px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 2019年年底他收到了一例“急性口服有机磷农药乐果重度中毒”的患者，病人来的时候即有呼吸抑制现象，后经过气管插管、机械通气、血液灌流等一系列抢救措施后，患者病情逐渐的稳定了下来。但是，后期在其病程中多次出现“反跳”现象，大家都知道，在农药中毒的救治过程中他们医生最害怕的就是患者出现反跳，因为一旦出现，在处理上稍有不慎，患者就会有生命危险。而更加可怕的是该患者在病程中反复出现反跳，基本上那段时间他每天就是盯着患者的监护仪，一旦发现有异常，就立马启动急救措施。时正年关，除夕的夜里鞭炮声不断，而他正守护在患者的床边帮助患者与死神搏斗。经过20多天的努力，患者成功的康复出院，这也是医务工作者所有努力的最好回报。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="47558" style='margin-bottom: 24px;
