background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;" align="justify">第三条  社会科学普及坚持马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观，全面贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位，巩固全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础。<p style="font-size: 14px; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">第七条  县级以上人民政府应当将社会科学普及工作纳入国民经济和社会发展规划，纳入精神文明建设范围和公共文化服务体系，制定促进社会科学普及工作发展的政策措施，为开展社会科学普及活动创造良好环境和条件。<p style="font-size: 14px; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">乡镇人民政府、街道办事处应当按照职责开展社会科学普及工作，指导村民委员会、居民委员会开展多种形式的社会科学普及活动。<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">第八条  建立党委宣传部门牵头，党史研究（地方志研究）、发展改革、教育、科学技术、民族宗教、民政、司法行政、财政、人力资源社会保障、生态环境、文化和旅游、卫生健康、广播电视等部门与社科联、工会、共青团、妇联等团体为主要成员单位的社会科学普及工作联席会议机制，履行下列职责：<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（一）拟订社会科学普及规划、计划;<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（二）提出社会科学普及事业发展的措施、意见和建议;<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（三）协调解决社会科学普及工作中的重大问题;<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（四）研究部署社会科学普及的其他重要工作。<p style="font-size: 14px; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">社会科学普及工作联席会议日常工作由同级社科联或者负责社会科学普及的机构负责。<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">第九条  省、设区的市、县（市、区）社科联或者负责社会科学普及的机构履行下列职责：<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（一）承担社会科学普及工作的综合协调、督促检查；<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（二）协助拟订社会科学普及规划、计划和政策措施；<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（三）指导设立、管理社会科学普及基地；<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（四）组织实施社会科学普及成果的评比、展示、转化、推荐和奖励，培育社会科学普及品牌；<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（五）推动社会科学研究机构、社会科学类社会组织、社会科学普及基地等开展社会科学普及活动；<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（六）开展社会科学普及研究、人才培训及交流合作；<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">（七）落实社会科学普及工作联席会议交办的其他工作。<p style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 42px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-family: Calibri;">第十条  县级以上人民政府教育、人力资源社会保障部门应当将普及社会科学知识作为素质教育和继续教育的重要内容，组织、指导教育机构和职业培训机构开展社会科学普及活动。<p style="font-size: 14px;
