15px;'>申请人王某与被执行人栾某因买卖合同纠纷诉至法院，后法院判决栾某偿还货款10万元。判决生效后，栾某未履行义务，申请人向法院申请强制执行。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='outline: 0px;font-size: 15px;'>2月17日，春节假期最后一天，霍邱法院“执行110”接到报警电话，得知被执行人栾某行踪后，执行干警迅速出警，将栾某拘传。到法院后，被执行人栾某声称生意投资失败，并没有钱还给王某，执行干警耐心释法明理，告知再不履行法院将对其采取强制措施，但栾某仍不以为意，沟通无果后，法院决定对栾某实施拘留。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1875em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='outline: 0px;font-size: 15px;'>2月20日，被执行人栾某的家属联系到执行干警，表示愿意代为履行义务，希望法院能提前释放栾某。因栾某在法院执行案件较多，反复沟通，最终执行完毕三件，和解一件，共执行到位24万元。</span></p><section data-tools="135编辑器"
