15px;'>当前，我省再生稻、早稻陆续进入孕穗至抽穗扬花期，中稻处于移栽返青至分蘖期，正值水稻生长发育的关键时期，黄山市等地普降暴雨，部分水稻生产遭受了严重的洪涝灾害。据气象部门预报，全省水稻主产区仍将有较长降雨过程，发生洪涝灾害可能性较大，各地要因地制宜，因灾因苗，分类指导，做好灾后管理。</span></p><section style='outline: 0px;list-style: 0px;'>二、短期过水田块，重点要排水保苗</strong></span></p></section><p style='outline: 0px;list-style: none;background-color: rgb(244, 244, 244);color: rgb(0, 0, 0);text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;font-family: simsun;'><span style='outline: 0px;list-style: none;font-size: 15px;'><strong>1.</strong><strong>防洪排涝。</strong>尽快排除田间积水，抢时间、争速度，突击排除积水，减轻涝渍危害。争取<span style='outline: 0px;list-style: none;'>在2-3天内排除积水，至少要先让稻株顶部先露出水面，减少受淹时间，减轻损失。晴日分次排水，保留适当水层；阴雨天，可将水一次性排干，轻露田。有条件的地方，用清水喷洗茎叶上的泥沙，促进稻苗恢复生长。</span></span></p><p style='outline: 0px;list-style: none;background-color: rgb(244, 244, 15px;'><strong>2.查苗补缺。</strong>对处于分蘖期的田块，受涝后要进行逐田块检查，如发现缺株，要立即补齐。补苗的方法：一是在未受涝或涝轻的田里，分出部分单株移栽到缺苗的田中。二是如果缺苗严重，可将几块田里的稻苗移到一块田里，空出的田块改种其它作物。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;list-style: 15px;'><strong>3.及时补施速效肥。</strong>采取“上喷下追”相结合，喷施高效叶面肥，促进恢复生长。一般处于分蘖期的每亩可追施尿素4-5公斤、氯化钾4-5公斤左右，促恢复生长。处于拔节至穗分化期每亩补施尿素3-4公斤，促进幼穗分化。同时进行1-2次根外喷施磷钾肥等叶面肥。采取多次轻施的方法，防止一次施肥过多，造成肥害伤苗。</span></p><p simsun;'><span style='outline: 0px;list-style: none;font-size: 15px;'><strong>1.及时改种晚稻。</strong>合肥以南地区在6月25日前的可退水直播，选用生育期120天以内的早熟型一季晚稻品种；退水迟的，且有条件的地方，及时培育双季晚稻秧苗，退水后耕整地，在7月25日前，可安全栽插双季晚稻。</span></p><p
