2px;'>本公告所称建筑垃圾是指建设单位、施工单位新建、改建、扩建和拆除各类建筑物、构筑物、管网等，以及居民装饰装修房屋过程中产生的弃土、弃料和其他固体废物。</span></p><p style='outline: none;list-style: none;color: rgb(57, 67, 81);font-size: 15px;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.26666em;font-family: 微软雅黑;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>(一)任何单位或个人随意倾倒、抛撒、堆放建筑垃圾问题；</span></p><p style='outline: none;list-style: none;color: rgb(57, 67, 81);font-size: 15px;line-height: 2px;'>（四）建筑垃圾运输企业，未按规定的时间、路线行驶，运至核准的地点中转、消纳、处置；未随车携带建筑垃圾处置核准文件，运输过程存在遗撒、未密闭运输污染路面；定位、轨迹记录设备未运行正常等问题。</span></p><p style='outline: none;list-style: none;color: rgb(57, 67, 81);font-size:
