2em;'>为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于用好红色资源、赓续红色血脉的系列重要论述，抓好上级关于革命文物征集相关指示贯彻落实，持续推进我县革命文物征集工作，根据工作安排，现向社会各界广泛征集各类革命文物史料和藏品。公告如下：<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p 2em;'>（一）反映古代、近代与霍邱有关的军事活动的文物（实物）史料和相关线索。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）反映中国共产党在霍邱领导革命斗争的文物（实物）史料和相关线索。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（三）反映新中国成立以来驻霍部队在国防和军队建设、参加霍邱经济建设及双拥共建活动的文物（实物）史料和相关线索。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（四）反映党的十八大以来驻霍部队强军兴军的重要文物（实物）史料和相关线索。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（五）反映霍邱籍军人贡献的有关文物（实物）史料。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;text-align: center;'><span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'><strong>征集类别</strong></span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（一）古近代军事类。从先秦时期开始，与霍邱军事有联系，能够充分体现军事活动、兵要地志、战争思想的历史文物；与霍邱重要战事有关的诏书、兵书、玺印、信札、军事地图；各个历史时期的甲胄、刀枪、火炮等武器装备及生活用具。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）革命活动类。与霍邱重大革命事件有关的文告、通告、报刊、票证、标语传单、申请书、决心书等；记载革命者生涯的手稿、日记、自传、信件等；训练作战的日常用品，如军装鞋帽、绑腿、粮袋、子弹带、茶缸、水壶、雨衣、蚊帐等；各个根据地、边区发行的钱币、邮票，反映革命及战争活动的契证、票据、收条、借据等；各个时期颁发的勋章、徽章、证书、奖状、喜报，个人或集体荣获的军旗、奖旗、队旗、锦旗、贺幛等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（三）国防建设类。新中国成立以来，反映霍邱国防军队建设重大事件的文件、证书、证件、手稿、日记、照片、设备工具、军训教材、器材、教练枪、炮、弹等；反映双拥共建、退役军人保障的相关文件、牌匾、证件、证书、标识、图片等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（四）强军实践类。党的十八大以来，驻霍部队加强思想政治建设、深化军事斗争准备、大抓练兵备战等方面的获奖证书、表彰通报、武器装备、器材用具、样品模型等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（五）专项任务类。驻霍部队及国防动员后备力量参加国际维和、抢险救灾、科研试验、维稳处突、脱贫攻坚任务，特别是支援地方抗击非典、新冠肺炎疫情等方面的相关文件、设备器具、荣誉嘉奖、标志标识等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（六）军事人物类。在各个历史阶段与霍邱有关的重要历史人物、英烈、爱国志士的肖像以及他们使用过的军事装备和生活用品等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（七）军史影像类。记录中国共产党在各个历史时期领导霍邱革命活动、武装斗争以及反映驻霍部队学习、工作、训练、生活等方面的照片、胶片、视频光盘、录像（影）带等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（八）文化艺术类。在霍邱产生或反映霍邱革命军事题材的剧本、词曲谱、影音制品和书法、绘画、雕塑等。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;text-align: center;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>征集方式</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'> 根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《中华人民共和国文物保护法实施条例》《博物馆条例》等规定要求，以无偿捐赠为主，以复（仿）制、调拨、交换、寄存（代管）等方式为辅，鼓励社会组织和个人无偿捐赠文物史料。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（一）无偿捐赠。对无偿捐赠文物的集体和个人颁发捐赠证书或收藏证书，双方签订《藏品捐赠协议》。对捐赠文物数量较多、价值较高的，可单独举行捐赠仪式。捐赠文物一经陈列，将在展柜中永久署名。对于热心支持、帮助军事馆征集文物展品、提供线索、协助征集的人士及其家属开通参观绿色通道并颁发荣誉证书。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）寄存代管。集体或个人自愿将收藏的文物史料交由安徽革命军事馆保管的，经专家鉴定后，签订借用、代管协议，由革命军事馆对其进行科学保护、安全保管、适时展陈。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（三）原件复制。对特别珍贵、本人需亲自保存的文物史料，可捐赠复制（印）件，或提供文物原件，由军事馆复制（印）后归还。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;text-align: 2em;'>（一）无偿捐赠或寄存代管需确保文物历史真实性和来源合法性，与第三方存在法律纠纷等问题，我部不参与解决。<o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;'>（二）捐赠单位或个人在提交物品时应注明姓名、联系电话、通讯地址等必要的身份信息，提供文物史料的来源、流传经历和背后故事等信息。<o:p></o:p></p><p
