15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（1）2025年12月31日前，常住户口在六安市，以及在本市区内普通高校、高中（含中专、职高、技校）就读的年满18周岁男性公民，均应参加兵役登记。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（2）未超过24周岁（截至2025年12月31日前）男性公民没有参加兵役登记的，均应进行补登。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（3）进行兵役登记时可同时申请2025年义务兵应征报名，如今年无参军入伍意向，兵役登记时可选择“只进行兵役登记，申请2025年度缓征”。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（1）符合兵役登记条件的适龄公民，登录全国征兵网（网址http：//www.gfbzb.gov.cn），点击“兵役登记（男兵）”，按要求如实填写个人姓名、身份证号、家庭住址、参军意向等基本信息（牢记用户名及密码）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><span style='text-indent: 2em;'>（2）打印表格。信息填写完整后，打印或下载《男性公民兵役登记表》。</span><br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（3）现场确认。青年本人持《男性公民兵役登记表》、身份证到所在乡镇（街道）武装部现场确认。本人因特殊原因不能亲自前往的，可以书面委托亲属或者所在单位代为递交确认。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（4）目测初审。乡镇（街道）武装部对参加兵役登记的适龄男青年进行目测初审，依法确定应服兵役、免服兵役或不得服兵役，并所在报县（区）征兵办公室审核。</span></p><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="40051" 0);'>（1）乡镇（街道）人民政府应当根据县（区）征兵办公室的安排，负责组织本乡镇（街道）的适龄男性公民进行兵役登记，填写《兵役登记表》，依法确定应服兵役、免服兵役或不得服兵役，并报县（区）征兵办公室批准。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（2）乡镇（街道）人民政府按照县（区）征兵办公室的安排和要求，对本乡镇（街道）的应征公民，进行体格目测、病史调查和政治文化初步审查，选定政治思想好、身体好、文化程度高的应征公民为当年预定征集的对象，并通知本人。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（3）预定征集的应征公民离开本区1个月以上的，应当向所在乡镇（街道）武装部报告去向和联系办法，并按照兵役机关的通知及时返回应征。预定征集的应征公民所在机关、团体、企事业单位应当督促其按时应征，并提供方便。</span></p><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="40051" 0);'><strong>五、法律责任</strong></span></p></section></section></section></section><p><br></p></section><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>《中华人民共和国兵役法》第五十七条规定：有服兵役义务的公民有下列行为之一的，由县级人民政府责令限期改正；逾期不改正的，由县级人民政府强制其履行兵役义务，并处以罚款：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.拒绝、逃避兵役登记的；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2.应征公民拒绝、逃避征集服现役的；</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>3.预备役人员拒绝、逃避参加军事训练、担负战备勤务、执行非战争军事行动任务和征召的。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>有前款第二项行为，拒不改正的，不得录用为公务员或者参照《中华人民共和国公务员法》管理的工作人员，不得招录、聘用为国有企业和事业单位工作人员，两年内不准出境或者升学复学，纳入履行国防义务严重失信主体名单实施联合惩戒。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>各机关、团体、企业事业单位，特别是高中（含中专、职高、技校）要依法组织和督促适龄男性公民及时履行兵役登记义务，确保本辖区、本单位或本学校所有适龄男性公民全部完成兵役登记。</span></p><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="40051"
