style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;outline: 0px;visibility: visible;font-size: 16px;'>一、国家对烟花爆竹的生产、经营、储存、运输实行许可制度。未经许可，严禁任何单位和个人生产、经营、储存、运输烟花爆竹,如有违反，由公安、应急等部门依法依规严肃查处。</span><o:p 16px;'>二、严厉打击未取得《烟花爆竹经营(零售)许可证》从事烟花爆竹经营活动，严禁利用微信、QQ、抖音、快手等互联网平台非法售卖烟花爆竹。</span><o:p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;outline: 0px;visibility: visible;'></o:p></section><section
