关于进一步加强城区烟花爆竹禁放工作的通告
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><p style='letter-spacing: 0.578px;'></p><section data-role="outer" label="edit by 135editor"><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="148350"><section style='margin: 10px auto;display: flex;flex-direction: column;'><section style='width: 20%;height: 6px;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-origin: initial;background-clip: initial;margin-bottom: -3px;z-index: 5;max-width: 20% !important;' data-width="20%"><br></section><section style='padding: 15px 10px;border-width: 1px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(216, 77, 69);'><section data-autoskip="1" style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1.5px;font-size: 14px;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-repeat: initial;background-attachment: initial;background-origin: initial;background-clip: initial;'><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 燃放烟花爆竹不仅给人身、财产安全带来危害，同时也污染了大气环境，为加强烟花爆竹安全管理，保障公共安全和减少环境污染，根据国务院《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》和《六安市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》、《霍邱县城区禁止燃放烟花爆竹管理规定》等有关规定，现就有关事项通告如下:</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> </span><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'><strong>一、禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间及区域: </strong></span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 霍邱县城区全年实行禁放烟花爆竹，区域为：</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>“蓼北路——S343——哈尔滨路——东湖大道——S245（南外环路交汇点）———南外环路-—城西湖特大桥东——X032(沿岗河堤)”所合围区域并向外延伸至沿线临淮岗镇八里棚村；新店镇牛王村、陈家埠村、韩庙村；城关镇龙腾村、花台村、泽沟村。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> </span><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'><strong>二、在禁放区域有下列行为的，依照相关法律法规给予下列处罚:</strong></span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> (一)违规燃放烟花爆竹的，公安派出所依法进行询问查证，并依法予以处罚;危害公共安全和人身、财产安全，构成违反治安管理行为的，依法予以处罚;情节严重的，依法由公安机关给予行政拘留;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任;</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> (二)非法销售、储存、运输烟花爆竹的，由相关部门依法予以处罚;构成《治安管理处罚法》第三十条规定的，依法处以行政拘留;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任;</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> (三)物业服务企业、宾馆、酒店等单位，对服务区域违反规定燃放烟花爆竹行为不劝阻、不举报的，由公安机关处以一千元以上二千元以下的罚款。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> </span><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>三、请广大市民自觉遵守《霍邱县城区禁止燃放烟花爆竹管理规定》和本通告有关规定，不购买、不燃放烟花爆竹。</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 欢迎广大市民积极举报非法销售、储存、运输烟花爆竹的行为。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style='line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 举报电话:0564-6633110</span></p><p style='text-align: right;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2025年1月3日</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p style='display: none;'><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p></div><p></p> {:20_1045:} {:20_1045:} 我也来顶一下.. 城关哪里能放？还是全城都不能放了？ {:20_1041:}{:20_1041:}{:20_1041:}
