line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;'>五、凡违反规定升放氢气球、孔明灯的，由相关部门<strong><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>依法予以处理</span></strong>。对因升放氢气球、孔明灯造成公共场所或大型活动现场秩序混乱的，由公安机关<strong><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>依法予以查处</span></strong>。对因升放氢气球、孔明灯造成重大安全事故、重大财产损失及他人身体伤害的，依法承担赔偿责任，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。<br></p><p style='text-align: left;
