2px;'>“十年难育一棵树，星火能毁万亩林”。广大人民群众要充分认清森林火灾给生态环境和人民生命财产带来的严重危害，进一步增强参与森林防灭火工作的积极性和主动性，积极向亲朋好友和父老乡亲宣传森林防火的重要性，坚决杜绝野外违规用火，努力形成人人参与、人人支持、群策群力、群防群治的森林防火氛围。</span></span></p></section><section 2px;'>“森林防火记心上，人人护林理应当”。春节期间，广大人民群众要自觉遵守森林草原高火险期有关规定，严格执行景区、林区内生产生活用火审批制度，不携带火种和易燃易爆物品进入景区、林区，不在林区、林带、广场、公园、湿地等区域内明火祭祀、燃放烟花爆竹、吸烟、烧火野炊、烧灰积肥、烧草秆、烧火取暖、点火照明，加强对未成年人的教育引导，防止玩火和因监护不力而引起火患。</span></span></p></section><section 2px;'>“植树献花祭亲人，生态健康又文明”。春节期间，历来是我市森林火灾高发期，上坟祭祖燃香烛、烧纸钱、放鞭炮、燃烟花等是引发森林火灾的主要原因之一。当前森林防火形势非常严峻，请大家自觉摈弃陈规旧俗，倡导鲜花祭奠、植树祭奠、家庭追思等文明祭祀活动，以献一束花、敬一杯酒、植一棵树、清扫墓碑等雅致方式寄托哀思，弘扬社会主义文明新风尚。</span></span></p></section><section 2px;'>“一时疏忽酿山火，终身遗憾责难逃”。森林防火，人人有责，对于在林区的用火、吸烟、野炊等违规用火行为，广大群众要及时劝诫或向有关部门报告，坚决不做旁观者。当发现森林火情时，科学合理避险，并迅速拨打12119森林防火报警电话或向当地政府报告，严禁老、幼、弱、病、残等特殊群体参与扑火，确保人民群众生命安全。</span></span></p></section><section
