<p style="line-height: 2em;text-align: center;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;">霍邱县公安局关于公开征集涉黑涉恶</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-align: center;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;">违法犯罪线索的公告</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-align: center;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">为扎实开展深化扫黑除恶专项斗争，严厉打击各类黑恶犯罪，重点打击十类新型黑恶违法犯罪，全力维护社会治安稳定和人民群众生命财产安全。现面向社会公开征集涉黑恶违法犯罪线索，欢迎广大市民群众积极检举揭发。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;">一、线索征集范围</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（一）软暴力催收：为索取债务，采取跟踪滋扰、骚扰亲友、曝光隐私、电话短信轰炸、上门纠缠等软暴力手段逼迫还债；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（二）恶意索赔：以打假维权为幌子，通过大量差评、恶意投诉举报、网络施压等方式，向商户、企业强行索要高额赔偿；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（三）舆情敲诈：假借掌握负面信息或刻意捏造问题，通过网络造势施压，以删帖、平息舆情为条件相要挟，向企业、个人索取财物；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（四）裸聊敲诈：通过网络诱导受害人裸聊，录制不雅视频，截取不雅照片，以散播不雅视频照片相要挟，迫使受害人转账；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（五）务工敲诈：以务工入职为手段，故意制造矛盾纠纷，采取围堵工地、阻挠施工、网络造势等方式，向用工单位索要高额赔偿；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（六）碰瓷敲诈：故意制造交通事故等人身、财物受损假象，借机向对方索要赔偿，有组织实施碰瓷讹诈；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（七）强迫消费：在经营活动中，以威胁、纠缠、胁迫等手段，强迫他人接受服务、购买商品，强买强卖；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（八）色情敲诈：利用色情交易、色情引诱等方式设局，对受害人实施威胁恐吓、勒索钱财；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（九）网络套路贷：以低息快速放款为诱饵，设置虚假借贷流程、制造虚假流水、肆意认定违约，通过恶意垒高欠款、虚假诉讼等方式侵占受害人财产；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（十）网络暴力：组织网络水军，通过人肉开盒、造谣诽谤、辱骂恐吓、私信骚扰、批量网暴等方式滋扰伤害他人，扰乱网络秩序；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（十一）除上述十类新型黑恶势力违法犯罪外的其他涉黑涉恶违法犯罪行为。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;">二、举报注意事项</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（一）举报内容需客观真实，尽可能提供具体时间、地点、人员及证据线索；对捏造事实、诬告陷害的，依法追究法律责任；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（二）鼓励实名举报，公安机关将对举报人信息及举报内容严格保密；对威胁、报复举报人及其亲属的，公安机关将依法从严从快查处；</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">（三）对查证属实的举报线索，将根据《安徽省有组织犯罪线索举报奖励办法》给予奖励。同时，敦促参与上述违法犯罪的人员主动投案自首，争取宽大处理。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;">三、举报方式</span></span></p><p><span leaf="" style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);
