letter-spacing: 0.5px">一、征地区片综合地价包括土地补偿费和安置补助费，其中土地补偿费不高于征地区片综合地价的40%，安置补助费不低于征地区片综合地价的60%。征收集体未利用地的土地补偿费和安置补助费，按照征收集体农用地标准进行补偿安置。</span></span></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; margin-right: 8px; letter-spacing: 0.5px">二、使用国有农、林、牧、渔场土地的农用地和未利用地，参照农、林、牧、渔场所在乡镇的征地区片综合地价执行，农、林、牧、渔场周边有多个区片的，按周边区片最高标准执行。大中型水利水电工程建设征地补偿标准，按国务院有关规定执行。</span></span></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; margin-right: 8px;
