box-sizing: border-box !important;'>全区所有党政机关、企事业单位、经营场所、公共场所要做好本区域、本单位的“场所码”申领工作，下载、打印（喷绘或写真）、张贴于入口显眼处。个体经营场所在申领过程中，如需出具相关证明的，由主管部门负责提供。主管部门要对未申领张贴的场所加强督促与监管，直至申领张贴到位。未张贴到位前不得开门。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>各类场所要坚持“谁管理、谁负责”“谁经营、谁负责”“谁组织、谁负责”的原则，安排专人在入口处引导扫码和查验，切实做到“逢进必扫，逢扫必验，绿码通行，不漏一人”。部分老人、儿童等无法“扫码打卡”人员或未携带手机人员，由工作人员做好信息登记。进入公共场所人员要主动扫“场所码”，并出示扫码结果。如在查验过程中发现异常情况，要第一时间向行业主管部门或属地疫情防控指挥部报告。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>各行业主管部门和属地要加强对“场所码”使用情况的督导检查，对场所管理（经营）者未按规定履行疫情防控信息核验责任的，由相关行政管理部门依法依规责令停业、追究法人责任。对于拒不执行“场所码”有关使用要求，造成疫情扩散和蔓延等严重后果的单位和个人，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十条和《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定，依法追究法律责任。</span></p><p style='outline: 0px;
