15px;">严禁任何单位和个人利用公众号、小程序、微信群、QQ群、朋友圈、抖音等招客、揽客从事非法营运活动，落实“谁建群谁负责，谁管理谁负责”的原则，全县各类微信群、QQ群等互联网群组，要严格落实管理责任，严禁群成员在群内发布“人找车、车找人”拼车、约车等非法运营信息，全县所有从事拼车、约车行为的微信群、QQ群管理员要在本通告发布之日起进行自查，现有从事非法营运行为的拼车、约车群必须在2025年1月13日前自行解散，并不得再建立新群组，对无视本通告要求，仍然违规建群或拒不解散原拼车群、约车群，继续从事非法营运等违法违规行为的，将依法追究相关责任人的法律责任。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
